Welcome Death and Rebirth as a Cycle

Contemplating this morning. 

Big changes come from going through the death and rebirth cycle. 

It’s a natural phenomenon and Mother Gaia shows us this every year. It’s consistently happening all the time. 

Why do we get so scared of it in our own lives?

In order to manifest our dreams,

We have to be a match for it. That means a part of us has to go through a death to clear a way and make space for the rebirth and growth process it requires. 

I am coming out of a long winter…about 2 years long. I had to let my old story and old identity go to allow the rebirth and prepare for the co-creation of my dreams. 

It took faith, trust, belief and dedication to walk through the darkness of winter. 

I had to face my resistance and let it go. 

I had to manage the fear of uncertainty and the unknown. 

I had to walk this path in a state of surrender. 

It took coming home to my truth and putting myself first every step of the way. 

Some days are difficult, but when you get to the other side, there is a confidence built that says “I Got This!”
