Inner work can be grueling. Sometimes it takes a while to see the results in the world reflecting back to you.

I have been committed to my personal growth and development for many years now. It was something that fed me in my corporate days and when I walked away from the corporate world, the spiritual path continued at a much faster and intense pace.

Adrenal Fatigue is a physical manifestation of a spiritual misalignment. I was 180 degrees from where my soul curriculum and blueprint superpowers were. I had work to do to course correct and heal the wounds that prevented me from truly accepting my place in this world.

I began with physical changes as those were tangible and easy to see such as food choices, supplements, and cleaning supplies. I reduced stress by reducing the number of commitments I had and walked away from people that were no longer in alignment with my healing journey. I walked away from a career that had been paying the bills with great benefits.

Then came the hard work. The parts unseen. The parts that were a daily commitment to loving myself through the transition.

These actions are easily overlooked because they aren't viewed as productivity or paying the bills, instead these require investing resources such as time and money.

  1. Meditation and mindset shifting.

  2. Sound healing and vibrational tools to shift or release energy.

  3. Clearing trapped emotional energy.

  4. Healing the energy centers in the body.

  5. Letting go of limiting beliefs.

  6. Facing and overcoming fears.

  7. Saying no to toxic versions of productivity.

  8. Getting outside into nature and sunshine.

  9. Saying YES to intuitive inspirations.

  10. Saying NO to draining activities and obligations.

  11. Creating space to be in silence.

  12. Rewriting disempowering stories into something that feels good to the nervous system.

  13. Learning to receive.

  14. Learning to play.

  15. Healing trauma from childhood and past relationships.

  16. Attending retreats.

  17. Investing in coaching and mentorship.

  18. Learning to accept and love ourselves because we exist.

  19. Learning about worthiness because it is inherent and not tied to outside factors.

  20. Disconnecting from codependent behaviors and relationships.

  21. Building trust with intuitive decision making.

  22. Remembering our truth.

  23. Reclaiming our power.

  24. Building confidence.

  25. Setting the frequency in our relationships.

  26. Setting standards and requirements for how we move through our journey.

  27. Restoring the peace within so we no longer hurt others unintentionally.

  28. Take responsibility for our level of consciousness.

  29. Learning that certainty and safety are not outside of ourselves.

  30. Learning that we create the experience we are having.

These are all things that happened while going through the transition period called the void. It is the void because it's a lot like a cave without a light. You can't really see where you are going, but you are being transformed as you keep taking the next step.

We know it is working because eventually our own heart light is bright enough to show the way out of the cave.

It is sometimes hard to see the progress reflected in the outside world until someone gives us feedback.

Today was one of those days for me.

I received that feedback from my acupuncturist. He said my energy is big and powerful, radiating out and feels peaceful. He said my energy made the hairs on his arms stand up and it was bright. He told me to keep shining, and that it was really nice for him to experience. I thanked him for validating the work that I have done, receiving his compliment. This is new for me to experience.

Most of the time people don't even talk to me.

He thought many people gave me these kinds of comments and I responded that I don't hear this very often. It was special and I appreciated hearing his observations.

When you are committed to doing the work, keep reminding yourself of the investment you are making in your transformation. Believe in what you are doing even when it seems like no one else sees it.

Eventually, you will get to a place where you feel really good with a solid foundation under your feet.

You go first.

Then, others start to feel and see the energy you carry and begin to comment on it.

This is the work.

This is the beauty of investing in your healing journey.

You reach a state of peace and love that is rippling outside of yourself and eventually others feel it too.

You truly make a difference in this world by choosing you.
