R is for Release

#livingbeyondthemask starts with H.E.A.R.T

R is for Release.

Release work is the process of letting go. Letting go of what is no longer serving you, what is not aligned with your highest benefit, what is not part of the who you are becoming.

Let's consider creating a sculpture. You start with a block or chunk of material. Each time a piece is removed, the sculpture is closer to its final form - its authentic self-expression. We have a similarity in that humans carry around a lot of extra material hiding their authentic sculpture within.

Some call it baggage, others call it protection, I call it shit.

I do.

I call it shit because often times it is sticky, stinky, and gross.

In my experience shedding the shit has been one of the fastest ways to raise the baseline frequency, think E is for Energetics.

To be the beautiful piece of artwork that we already are, there is a process of uncovering and discovering the beauty within. That requires releasing what is hiding, camouflaging, masking, locking the divinity that is you.

We carry around conditioning from our families, schools, workplaces, cultural practices, etc. We are told who we are and who we need to be to be successful.

If you are here reading this right now, then my guess is that you didn't find success the way others told you to find it. That when you did all of those things something inside of you was still crying and aching to exist. That there had to be more to this existence. If this is life, then what is the purpose? You are feeling the call!

Thank you for arriving here in this moment right now.

The challenge that we face as we begin this process of aligning to our true authentic self - the one we came here to experience in all of the abundance, joy and love, is that it doesn't exist outside of ourselves.

To align with and live a heart centered life, we must go inward and let go of the old stories, patterns, beliefs, emotions, and anything else that doesn't align with the life we are dreaming about. It takes a commitment and dedication to laying down that masks that keep us from truly shining the light we are here to shine.

This is a time where the more authenticity and uniqueness that can be honored and embraced, the more the old patterns can break down and reveal the new solutions that will propel us forward. This is a path to living a sovereign life, one of freedom. The freedom to choose and the freedom to express.

By releasing these old programs and paradigms, we allow ourselves to create a new relationship of peace, acceptance, and love for ourselves and for others. We build the muscle of compassion and recognize that people are either sharing love or asking to receive love through their behaviors.

Release what no longer serves you, so you can be what you came here to be...YOU!

Are you ready to live beyond your mask?
