I keep writing this over and over.

Amber…what is H.E.A.R.T?

Let me share:

H = Healing

E = Energetics

A = Awareness

R = Release

T = Trust

These are all the things I have been exploring and learning as part of the formula to living a HEART centered life. A life that is Beyond. A life that is purposeful. A life that is full of magic and miracles.

Three years ago, I melted into the floor of my home office asking if this was it. Was this all life was? If so, what was the point of it because it felt meaningless to me.

I was no longer interested in living a meaningless life.

The proverbial hamster wheel. Running hard and fast and going nowhere.

I was spent. No more gas in the tank. Empty. Crispy fried. At the end of the line and something had to change. I couldn’t keep doing this to myself. It wasn’t loving. It wasn’t serving my highest good.

I asked my angelic team for help, to guide me to a life that was meaningful and filled with purpose.

It’s been one lesson after another in resuscitating life force energy and reconnecting into a divine power source. Learning about freedom and sovereignty through unhooking and releasing the energetic cords and entanglements.

That divine power source is the heart center. It connects us with all that is.

I believe the key to living a life that you love first starts with the relationship and connection to the heart.

It unlocks the door to your authentic and unique experience you are here to have, it starts with H.E.A.R.T.
