Investing in the Long Game

I invest in others.

I woke up this morning reminded of the investments I have made in people. It is easy for me to do. I have invested time, energy, money, and heart into people. It's woven through out me. I have done this over and over through work, friendships, parenting, and now sisterhood.

I believe in people, sometimes more than they believe in themselves.

I also believe and invest in myself.

Recently, I went to a women's retreat in Tennessee. My intuition told me to bring 3 others with me. To fill up the room with the bunkbeds a.k.a. the Romper Room.

This doesn't make logical sense. This was quite an investment for the 4 of us to attend together, but spirit guided me through the process of claiming the spots and paying for the retreat out of my own pocket.

Put my money where my mouth is.

Invest with no strings attached. Allow the energy of money to flow through me. A test for me for sure being that I am shifting my relationship with money as well.

This was an opening for all of us. Each woman went through a transformation of her own making. I facilitated what was divinely inspired.

They said "Yes."

They walked through the door that was opened to them.

I now sit in the audience watching the investment take hold and observe the co-creation process. My Mama Bear energy is strong. I am their biggest fan! I am excited to see how this investment reshapes their reclamation of their own power and how they choose to show up for themselves and others.

I am playing the long game.
