Invest!

Do you know how powerful and precious you are?

If you truly did, would you constantly judge yourself as not good enough, not smart enough, not talented enough, not experienced enough, to do the thing that makes you light up and shine??

I know I am somewhere in between not good enough and powerful. I know I swing like a pendulum back and forth.

Its normal for when you are going through changes and transitions. It's difficult to do this on your own. I know because I try all the time. My ego tells me I got this. I can do it and then I look around some days, and let's be honest, I get frustrated as my progress or lack of it.

There is nothing easy about letting go of an old life and creating a new one from scratch. I know because I am in the midst of this right now.

Walking away from corporate life and a steady 6 figure per year income with benefits. With no plan.

Well...kind of a plan.

I knew this - I had to take a time out and heal my body, mind and soul and discover what the heck was right and aligned for me.

Yikes! That is a tall order as someone who is burnt out, a single mother, a house to maintain, and food to put on the table.

What did I do?

I did the opposite most people would do.

I continued to invest!

Invest.

I invested in organic food. I invested in supplements. I invested in energy healing. I invested in learning. I invested in me.

Why? Because a RICH B$TCH invests in her/himself.

Yes, I invested in a mentor too, several as a matter of fact!
