I'm Back!!!

It's been 6 months already!

Hard to believe I have stayed away so long. It's part of the journey.

The ebb and flow of rhythm and nature.

Sometimes we need to go find ourselves. It's OK to feel lost. It's OK to be confused. There is beauty in these states of being. We get to really dig deep and come to a new understanding as we travel through the void of transformation.

This is the place of magic. Miracles are found here too.

We have the ability to return to our source within, to trust our instincts, to open our hearts.

Adventures have been a steady source of expansion for me. Leaning into the whispers. Moving in a quieter way. Being. Shedding. Healing. Listening.

Living Beyond The Mask starts with H.E.A.R.T.

I will dive into these contemplations, explorations, and teachings to help and provide guidance along the way.

Embodied truth is felt.
