Embody Authentic Leadership First

Seven years ago…
…I asked a question.
What does authentic leadership look like?
Shortly after that I wrote a program I named “Journey to Authenticity” during a coaching certification course. I was playing around with offers.
I never released the program.
Instead, I have been on a quest for embodied wisdom ever since.
That’s how it works for me. I ask the question and then live the answers until I have the wisdom to share with others.
The leadership I have studied is the kind that is felt by others as authentic. It isn’t some blah, blah, blah taught by people who don’t live it day in and day out. It’s been from people who have been open and transparent about what is happening and how they are working through it.
It’s raw. It’s messy. It’s activating. It’s a fucking mirror.
When you realize that you being authentic in expressing the truth of who you are from a place of fierce love and confidence, you step through the portal.
The portal to living life beyond the bullshit we are taught from a young age.
The rules that keep us playing small.
The rules that prevent us from truly feeling our senses.
The rules that lock us in an invisible box.
The rules that say what is and isn’t sinful.
The rules that tell us to be nice.
The rules that make it easier for others because we are either too much or not enough
All of this BS has been preventing us from feeling alive and free. Preventing the expression of who we truly are from the inside out.
Afraid they will find out the truth….
Imposter syndrome.
Afraid they will see through the masks…
Afraid they will reject me for being different…
Afraid that they will find out I am not worthy of their love after all…
If only I did more, if only I could have said it differently, if only I could be better…
Feeling lost and confused is easier than standing up for your true desires.
Words get lost.
And all you really want to do is find the escape hatch to some magical tropical hiding place where you can get lost in the jungle for a while to rest and recover your energy.
If this is hitting a little close to home, then know I see you because I am you.
If you are looking to step into your authentic version of leadership, I am here as a guide.
Together we walk this journey to see what’s in the way. What blocks, what fears, what steps to take next. We move from overwhelm to the next right and aligned action.
We don’t need to know the whole path just what is right in front of us right now.
If you are ready to show up for yourself, I have slots available.
