The E is for Energetics.

We are energetic being and the world is filled with various forms and types of energies. I am going to keep this simple for the sake of ease as the subject of energetics can wander into many rabbit holes.

The energetics that I am referring to in this simple acronym is a practical application. What frequency are you vibrating at? It is simple in that when we are vibrating at a certain frequency then we are attracting more of that in our outer world. The outer world is a reflection of the inner world.

Energetics can be thought of as emotional energy in this case, energy in motion.

David R. Hawkins M.D., Ph.D created this map of consciousness and has measured the frequency of emotions in his research work. He wrote several books discussing this energy scale and making it scientifically tangible. He has arranged these energies in order from lowest vibration in Hz, shame, to highest vibration, full consciousness.

The picture here shows these frequencies and associated categorizations of the energies. I invite you to do your own research and learn more about emotional energy and how it influences our experience.

You can also see that inner love actually requires the lower frequency of acceptance to be integrated before one can be a source of love consistently to themselves or radiating it out into the world. We are human and we can experience any frequency on this chart at any given time. The question isn't a question of never experiencing emotions, it's about how quickly one can shift through the frequencies and hold the higher frequencies for a longer period of time. This is the work and the focus on living a heart centered life.

This chart aids in determining what background vibrational energy is being expressed at any given time. Energetics can now be integrated into any approach for healing, creating, and living a life Beyond The Mask.
