Venus is in retrograde at the time of this message.

Relationships are on the docket for review. If they aren't aligned, soul filling, or coming from a place of genuine love, then you are being asked to limit their influence on you.

How will you know if they are not aligned?

These relationships will feel like a drain. You will feel like you are doing the work to hold them up. You will feel that there is little in return for the effort you are making to keep the relationship alive.

The relationships will keep you playing small. You will feel projections from the other person. They might say they support you, but there will be an energetic mismatch between their presence and their words.

The relationships will not grow as you grow. These people are not interested in changing or finding ways to learn and grow. They are happy with how things are and stay in that same place. Or they are not happy with how things are, but still choose to stay in the same place. You can see this when they discuss the same thing over and over without doing anything differently about it. Complaining and victim consciousness.

These people do not take responsibility for their contribution. They might be taking up your time and hogging the airwaves and once they are done, they turn around and leave you standing there holding the bag. They interrupt when you want to share something and they can't stay present when you are talking (a.k.a. not listening). They keep asking you to be there for them, but when the tides shift they cannot be there for you.

Be mindful of who you keep close to you. Do they feel good to be around? Do they respect your needs and boundaries? Do they ask for consent when it comes to doing things for you and to you? Do they bring peace into your life when they show up?

Relationships are the biggest teacher. Are you willing to set standards that support you being the best version of yourself?

For those of you who are calling yourself lightworkers, you will realize that not everyone deserves to have a seat at the dinner table with you. Only keep those who you want at the table and are willing to nourish you just as much as you are willing to nourish them.

These are energetic standards and they matter more than obligations.

As lightworkers, you power is found in the purity of your energetics. You will be more powerful when you are able to hold the higher frequencies for longer. to do that, scrutinize where your energy goes and call it back. Make sure you take the time to do the energetic hygiene that is just as critical as taking a shower.

Prevent yourself from any potential energy hijacking, projecting, fears, or attacks pointed in your direction. Each day clear your energy field. Each day disconnect from the people you interact with. Each day spend some time in solitude. Each day ground into Mother Earth. Set your intentions and connect with your higher self for guidance.

There is a lot to navigate at this time and the time has come to scrutinize all of the ways that relationships are either supportive or unsupportive and to adjust from this awareness.

Have the conversations you have been withholding.

Find ways to connect with those who bring value and blessings into your experience. Let them know what they truly mean to you if you haven't ever stated it before. Celebrate those who have been there through it all with you. And finally, never ever take relationships for granted.
