A is for Awareness.
This is simple yet profound. Until you become aware, you cannot do or be anything differently that what you already are.
Many people sleep walk through life, but if you are reading this, then you stopped hitting the snooze button and decided to take a look at what else there is.
Awareness isn't easy. It is simple, but not easy. Becoming aware means, you get to know what there is to know about you, your deep dark secrets, your wounds, the parts you have rejected, the parts you love, the light you are here to bring, the beliefs that are limiting, the conditioning that is influencing, the truth and stripped down version that no longer wears a veil of denial.
Often times, we don't like what we see. The truth is you can't change it if you don't know what it is that is asking to be changed. Change is hard, until it becomes something that we want. Getting to the bottom and seeing and accepting what is, is very empowering in that it gives you the freedom to choose. You can choose to keep what you see, shift it into something different, or let it go all together. If you don't have awareness then none of this matters.
Being human is complex and multidimensional. This time in history is one of the most exciting times to be a human. We are literally changing the course of history right now in this present moment. It has been 1000s of years in the making and we are standing on the precipice of taking back our power as a human race. As more and more people lean into healing their heart and leading from the heart, the more and more authentic and beautiful the world becomes. It creates a new world because it starts within the heart center and ripples out in all directions. Just one heart lit up can affect an exponential number of people.
Remember your truth. Remember who you are. The truth is that you are source, God, creator, all that is and you are powerful. Anything that hides this truth from you is what is waiting to be brought into your awareness and evaluated. By the way - we often are the one that hid those things from ourselves in the name of safety and protection, not someone else.
